I am Economist. My fields of specialization are Industrial Organization and Antitrust.

I am PhD candidate in Economics at the “Universidad de San Andrés“, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I have a solid working experience in antitrust litigation. In the past I have worked for the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Uruguay, and currently I work as an adviser for firms in the private sector.

I also teach at The Universidad de Montevideo and dECON at the Universidad de la República.
